1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website or engaging DGold Projects LLC for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

DGold Projects LLC provides digital marketing, web design, development, and related consulting services as described on this website. The exact scope, deliverables, and timeline for each engagement will be confirmed in writing (via proposal, invoice, or agreement) prior to commencement of work.

3. Fees and Payment

Fees for services are as quoted at the time of order or agreement. Payments are processed securely through a licensed third-party payment processor, depending on the client's location and preferred method. All fees are due according to the payment terms specified in your invoice or agreement unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

Because our services involve custom work and dedicated time, refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis:

• Requests submitted before work has commenced are eligible for a full refund.
• Requests submitted after work has commenced may be eligible for a partial refund reflecting work already completed.
• Completed and delivered services are non-refundable, unless the deliverable materially fails to meet the agreed specification.
• Refund requests should be sent to info@dgoldprojects.us within 14 days of payment.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely feedback, access, and materials (such as text, images, and login credentials) reasonably required for us to deliver the agreed services. Delays caused by missing client input may affect delivery timelines.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final agreed deliverables transfers to the client, excluding any third-party assets, stock libraries, licensed fonts, or pre-existing tools and frameworks, which remain subject to their original licenses.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DGold Projects LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with written notice. Work completed up to the point of termination will be invoiced and is payable in accordance with Section 4.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
